OUR LITTLE FACTORY
It's whats on the inside that counts
Carousel Ice-cream commenced business in Melbourne in 1981. Since then, Carousel has developed a reputation for manufacturing fine quality ice-cream and ice-cream cakes. In 2003, Carousel moved to a new production facility in Bayswater North. This move was necessitated by the increase of demand for Carousel products from an ever-growing customer base. The new production facility offered the opportunity to implement our HACCP food safety program and further improve the quality of our products.
Using the best of the machinery from Europe, our factory has set us up for success ever since.Our aim is to continue maintaining and improving our quality, and grow bigger needing an even bigger facility in the near future.
In 2018, we won the highest ranking score in Frozen Yoghurt at DIAA Australian Dairy Product Competition Award. Over the last decade, we have consistently won more than 20 Gold Awards by the Royal Agriculture Society of Victoria and Dairy Industry Association of Victoria, and seen strong growth year on year.
